Lyndsay went to law school because she believes the law can be a tool for achieving social justice, fairness and equality – especially for workers.
Her practice is primarily in the areas of labour, human rights and pension law.
Lyndsay has supported the interests of clients at labour arbitrations, labour board and human rights tribunal hearings, and hearings at all levels in court from Small Claims to the Supreme Court of Canada.
She earned her undergraduate political science degree as well as her law degree at the University of Victoria. After graduating from law school, she was chosen to article for a year as a judicial law clerk with the British Columbia Court of Appeal. She completed her articles with Caroline + Gislason and has worked with the firm ever since.
In her spare time, she is an ardent supporter of the performing arts and has herself performed in amateur musical theatre. She is a member of the Board of Directors of a local theatre company called Rumble.
Lyndsay is a member of the Law Societies of British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
