Legal Assistant
Heather obtained her Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate from Douglas College in 2007. She did her practicum with a large firm in downtown Vancouver.
Heather was attracted to Caroline + Gislason Lawyers because she wanted to be part of a firm that cares about social justice issues and is effecting positive change. She prefers the collaborative approach that the lawyers at this firm have over the more formal and impersonal culture at many big Vancouver firms.
With the support of the firm, Heather is enrolled in Vancouver Community College and is well on her way to obtaining her Paralegal Certificate.
